FAT CAT HAS BEEN A DREAM OF JACOB’s SINCE 2018 WHEN HE STARTED EXPERIMENTING WITH CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION AFTER VISITING A LOCAL CHOCOLATE COMPANY. FOUNDED IN THE FALL OF 2022, JACOB AND HIS BEST FRIEND MILES JOINED TOGETHER TO CREATE A BRAND AND BRING DELICIOUS bean to BAR dark chocolate TO MARKET,

FAT CAT WAS BORN.

  • Co-Founder

    Jacob has been making chocolate since 2018 and has grown to deeply understand the nuances of chocolate. His experimentation with different beans and recipes, allowed him to perfect his craft and led to the creation of Fat Cat in 2022. He has since refined our chocolate making process and created a delicious dark chocolate bar that only uses 2 ingredients. Jacob continues to experiment and is probably creating something new at this very moment.

    Miles joined Jacob in 2022 to bring delicious bean to bar dark chocolate to market. Specializing in Graphic Design, Miles created the packaging and design style that Fat Cat is known for. He is very passionate about high quality chocolate and has become even more of a dark chocolate enthusiast since co-founding Fat Cat.

    Since 2023 Greg has been an important part of our team and our day to day operations. Greg brings numerous skills to Fat Cat, but most importantly, Greg has the effortless ability to put a smile on everybody’s face.

  • Fat Cat

    Ralph is the current Fat Cat and is 3 years old. He enjoys sleep and dinner time. What he lacks in smarts, he makes up for in sass.

At FAT CAT we strive to make delicious bean-to-bar dark chocolate. With only two ingredients; organic cane sugar and cacao beans from Ecuador, our chocolate tastes good and makes you feel good about it.
