Since 2022, Fat Cat believes that quality chocolate starts long before the first bite. As a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based out of Langford, BC, we create each bar from scratch, turning ethically sourced cacao beans into premium chocolate through careful roasting, refining, tempering, and hand wrapping.
