FAT CAT HAS BEEN A DREAM OF JACOB’s SINCE 2018 WHEN HE STARTED EXPERIMENTING WITH CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION AFTER Touring A CHOCOLATE COMPANY. Although practically inedible, Jacob’s chocolate continued to improve to become the rich tasty chocolate you enjoy today.

The dream of running a business was still strong, and when tasked with creating a capstone project in highschool, Jacob had the perfect idea.

In fall of 2022, Miles offered to help Jacob convert his hobby into a business plan, they designed a package, finalized a recipe, and made a product, all from Jacob’s basement.

Years later, we are still dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Our goal is to provide beautifully made goods that are for those with a discerning taste for superior products all at accessible prices.
